Adult HIT
Our HIT tennis classes (High Intensity Tennis) are a favourite amongst our SWTC community. These classes are aimed at players who have some prior experience and aren't afraid to sweat! With four 45 minute sessions a week, these classes are popular so book in early.

Adult Group Lessons
Our adult group is one of our most popular lessons aimed at beginner to intermediate players, a great way to get a feel for tennis, improve your shots and socialise while having some fitness and fun. We use two courts and run a mixture of drills, games, point play situations and match play.

Semi Private Lessons
Tennis with a Buddy! Grab a friend, sibling, or fellow tennis fanatic for some semi-private lessons! It's the perfect way to get your tennis fix together, learn side-by-side, and add a dash of friendly competition. Get ready for high fives, skills, and some serious tennis fun!
