Brad's journey with tennis began in 2013 with his first coaching lesson from Ryan, sparking a passion that has led him to represent SWTC in all local Sutherland Shire competitions and within our own BWR competition.
Having been mentored by Ryan both in his youth and more recently in 2021 and 2022, Brad's transition from player to coach at SWTC is a testament to his deep-rooted love for tennis.
Recently joining SWTC as a permanent staff member in 2023, Brad's dedication to teaching tennis has been evident through his years of filling in as a call-in coach and assisting at tennis camps.
Brad brings a fierce competitive spirit to his individual coaching sessions, encouraging students to challenge themselves while maintaining a calm and approachable demeanor.
Using his background in finance, he approaches player development by guiding students to think critically and question themselves about what they are trying to achieve within their own matches.
When Brad is not coaching you can find him as a player honing his skills trying to be his best, playing numerous other sports to maintain fitness, rock climbing off cliff faces in the outdoors, camping out in the middle of nowhere or stuck behind his computer reading up on finance related topics.
